Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and mpg444 ("mpg444", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with mpg444, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, wagering, bonus participation, and use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the mpg444 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any mpg444 service.

mpg444 may require you to provide documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Until satisfactory age and identity verification documents are submitted and approved, mpg444 reserves the right to restrict withdrawals and access to certain account features. Providing false or misleading information during the registration or verification process is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.

mpg444 does not market its services to minors. Any marketing materials, promotional emails, or social media content published by mpg444 are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full range of mpg444 services — including deposits, wagering, live casino games, sports betting, and withdrawals — you must register a valid player account. Registration is free of charge and is completed through the mpg444 registration form at mpg444.net/mpg444-login.

Account Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number (compatible with your preferred mobile payment method, such as bKash or Nagad), and residential address within Bangladesh. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension or permanent closure.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active mpg444 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If mpg444 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, pending bonus funds will be voided, and any winnings derived from bonus play on duplicate accounts may be forfeited. Cash balances from verified real-money deposits may be returned at mpg444's discretion.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mpg444 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. mpg444 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact the mpg444 support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

KYC Verification

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, mpg444 may request copies of identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any point during your account lifecycle — not only at registration. Common triggers for KYC requests include withdrawal requests above the standard threshold, a first international card transaction, or account activity that triggers the platform's fraud monitoring systems. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals

mpg444 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion steps applied by the platform. Your account balance, deposit confirmations, and withdrawal amounts are all displayed and processed in BDT.

Accepted Payment Methods

mpg444 currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount at mpg444 is ৳500. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Withdrawal Conditions

To submit a withdrawal request, your account must be fully KYC-verified. Dormant Account Funds

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. mpg444 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts once the dormancy threshold has been reached, until the account balance reaches zero or the player logs in and resumes activity. Players will receive email notification before dormancy fees begin to apply.

Section 5

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the mpg444 platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type or sport. These rules are accessible within the individual game interface or the relevant sportsbook market. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms, the specific game rule shall prevail for matters directly relating to that game's outcome — in all other matters, these Terms govern.

Sports Betting

mpg444 offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is issued, the odds are locked. mpg444 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that were abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours, or where a clear pricing error occurred.

Casino & Live Dealer Games

Casino games available on mpg444 — including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and instant-win products — are supplied by third-party certified game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each studio's game rules govern specific gameplay decisions. mpg444 does not modify game logic or RNG outcomes at the platform level. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mpg444 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

By claiming a bonus or opting into a promotion, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds issued by mpg444 are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible game contribution rates, minimum odds for sports betting bonuses, and expiry period are detailed in the individual promotion terms. As a general rule, slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower rate — typically between 10% and 20%. Sports bets at minimum odds of 1.80 or above typically contribute 100%.

Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses at mpg444 are available to new players on their first deposit only. A player who has previously held an mpg444 account — including an account that was closed or suspended — is not eligible to claim a welcome bonus through a new registration. Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, mpg444 reserves the right to void the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it, and may suspend the account pending review.

Section 7

Responsible Gaming

mpg444 is committed to providing a safe, transparent, and responsible gambling environment for all players in Bangladesh. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available free of charge from within every mpg444 account dashboard and can be activated by the player at any time without needing to contact support first.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your mpg444 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is disabled until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session length. When the session limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out.

Section 8

Account Closure & Termination

Either you or mpg444 may close a player account, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Account closure does not affect any obligation that arose prior to the date of closure — including outstanding withdrawal requests, active bonus wagering commitments, or pending disputes.

Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request to close your mpg444 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any real-money balance in excess of ৳500 must be withdrawn to your registered payment method. mpg444 will process the closure request within 5 business days of receiving all required confirmation from the account holder.

Closure or Suspension by mpg444

mpg444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion if any of the following occur:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in bonus abuse, fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Account activity inconsistent with recreational gambling behaviour, as determined by mpg444's risk and compliance team.
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the account holder against a deposit that was used for wagering.
• Failure to provide requested KYC verification documents within the stipulated deadline.

Where an account is closed by mpg444 due to fraud or a material breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including real-money deposits and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for non-fraud-related compliance reasons, real-money deposit balances will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method after the review period is completed.

Governing Language & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of the mpg444 platform should be raised in the first instance with the mpg444 support team. mpg444 commits to investigating and responding to all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
